KEF is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your high-performance audio equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the product in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely tape the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
